Industry insiders claim that the 29-year-old English-Albanian star, who wowed the Glastonbury crowd when she headlined the Pyramid Stage for the first time on Friday, will perform in front of a massive crowd just before her June performance.
According to The Daily Mail, Dua will play to a 90,000-strong crowd at Wembley next year, following in the footsteps of icons like Madonna and Taylor Swift. A source stated, "Her last tour was as good as sold out, but it was an arena tour. To make the jump to stadiums is amazing, especially when she's only on her third album."
It is expected that she will play one date at Wembley in June and potentially embark on a full-scale tour across America. Reportedly, this will be an 'emotional moment' for Dua, as it will show that the hard work she has been putting in since moving to London from Kosovo at the age of 15 has paid off.
After her glamorous set on the Pyramid Stage, Dua hosted a private backstage bash where she expressed gratitude to her 'inner circle' and wished her mother a happy birthday. During the performance at Worthy Farm, the English-Albanian singer performed a medley of hits and showcased many gymnastic and acrobatic dance moves in a leather-studded bodysuit, much to the delight of the cheering audience.
