Zac Efron has just made a surprising splash in the news!  Days after a “minor swimming incident” in sunny Spain, the heartthrob actor is finally speaking out. The 36-year-old star took to Instagram Stories on August 4th to share his recovery status. “Happy and healthy,” he cheerfully declared, accompanied by a snapshot of him pumping iron on an exercise ball. 

But what’s the real scoop? Efron was vacationing in Ibiza when he had this mysterious pool mishap on August 2nd. According to his rep, Zac was rushed to the hospital as a precaution but was back on his feet by the next morning. “He is fine,” they assured. 
Earlier this week, Efron made a splash onstage at DJ Martin Garrix's gig at the Ushuaïa Ibiza Hotel and Beach Club. Fans captured the star grooving with the DJ, proving he’s still got those dance moves!
